Jimmy Lee Roach, age 47, of Bean Station, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Roach, grandparents, Howell and Beulah Kirkham and Harrison and Esther Roach; companion, Ann Knephler.
He is survived by his father, Melvin Roach; sister, Shelia Short; niece, Ashley Irick; nephews, Chris (Michelle) Roach and Daniel Short; very special friends, Rick (Sandra) Coffey; Bobby Frost, Shron Trent, Ted Adkins, Travis Agee and Cole Winstead.
Jimmy would always try to put a smile on everyone, and he was an uplifting and giving person, who tried to do his best to help those around him. He had a big heart and would try to help anyone he could. He as a very loving, caring, and at times goofy, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 17, 2020 from 5-7 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. Rev. Benny Jones will have the closing prayer.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
