Patricia Anne (Cockrum) Long

Patricia Anne Long, age 40, of Morristown, passed away Friday, April 03, 2026, at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. She was a loving, caring person who thought of everybody but herself. She was recently saved. She enjoyed the simple things of life and spending time with her family. During her courageous battle with stomach cancer, she was a real fighter. She was always making sure everyone was happy and taken care of. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Albert and Blanche Cockrum.

She is survived by her children, Billy and Ruby Tiedeman; parents, George and Karen Cockrum; brothers, Sean (Susan) Cockrum, and Brian Cockrum; sisters, Dawn (Sam) Bowlin, Deanna Alemads, Shari Stanten, and Dianna Cockrum; cousins, Gareth (Kayla) Hall, and Timothy Jr. (Danielle) Sather; special friends, Jamie French, Glenn Baker, and Harold Wilson; along with other family members and friends.

The family would like to say thank you to Covenant Hospice for all the care and concern they showed Patricia during her illness. A special thank you to Sean and Susan Cockrum for opening their home to help take care of Patricia.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.

A celebration of life service is being planned by the family for a later date.
