Roy Lee Hall, age 80, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020 at Jefferson City Health and Rehab. He was saved and baptized at an early age; he was of the Baptist faith. He was a Navy Veteran who worked as a Sonar Technician in Navy Intelligence in Washington, D.C. after he came out of the service. He was a member of the VFW Honor Guard for 10 years and a Post Commander for 8 years with post 5266. He was a member of the Smoky Mountain Submarine Club and a life member in the Holland Club. He loved to fish in his spare time.
He is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kelsey; parents, Arthur Furman and Kenneth Ann Hale Hall; sisters, Barbara and Billie.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Wilder Baskett-Hall; sons, Tim Hall and Wade (Sarah) Hall; grandchildren, Hunter, Austin, and Aubrie; great-grandson, Anthony; brother, Jim (Myrna) Hall; sister, Mel (Rick) Sauer; ex-wife, Freda Hall.
A memorial service is being planned at a later date by the family.
